Our Homeowner Assistance Program

HOAP is available at no cost to qualified homeowners located in the 5 boroughs of New York, Long Island and Westchester. Through HOAP, homeowners are provided a Homeowner Advocate free of charge to help them identify and take advantage of all the options and opportunities made available through HOAP. Whether homeowners want to keep & preserve their home or sell it, HOAP offers unique resources, and services to get homeowners the outcome they want.
